Day by Day and Week by Week Pregnancy Guide
Our Day by Day and Week by Week Stages can be used as a guide to help you understand the changes in your body and to your baby during your pregnancy. There are facts, information and helpful tips about pregnancy during each of the trimesters. Every pregnancy is divided into three time periods, or trimesters, which are each about three months in duration - the first, second, and third trimesters. We have also detailed the average growth of a baby - its length and its weight during each week of your pregnancy.

My Baby's First Year Keepsake Calendar

Week by Week Pregnancy
Childbirth usually occurs about 38 weeks after conception, approximately 40 weeks from the last normal menstrual period. We therefore start our Pregnancy section on the last day of your menstrual cycle. Based on a regular 28-day period the normal term for delivery, the due date is generally 40 weeks. Please click one of the above links and discover how your body is adapting and how your baby is growing and developing during your pregnancy on a day by day and week by week basis.

Getting Pregnant - Ovulation Calendar & the Ovulation Cycle
The Ovulation Calendar can be used as a guide to help you track your ovulation cycle, when you ovulate and are therefore in your most fertile stage. Ovulation is the process in the menstrual cycle by which a mature ovarian follicle ruptures and discharges an ovum, which is commonly known as an egg.

Find out when your baby can frown turn its head or hiccup! Did you know that by week 5 your baby is 10,000 times larger than the fertilized egg! And that by week 8 your baby begins to hear. And that by week 9 your baby's heart beat has 140-150 beats every minute - about twice as many as yours! Just a few of the pregnancy stages detailing fetal development

Have some fun with the Chinese Pregnancy Calendar!
The Chinese Pregnancy Calendar was a method of predicting the gender of a baby. The ancient Chinese Pregnancy Calendar is believed to date back to the 13th century. There is no scientific evidence to support this method, but due to the laws of probability it will always have a 50% success rate! So have some fun and use this ancient Chinese Pregnancy Calendar!
